FRIDAY 31ST - BOOKED FOR MURDER: A BLACK HISTORY MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT

Presented by Warm Studios x Dope Readers Club

Step inside a story where the ending is up to you.

For this Black History Month, Warm Studios teams up with Dope Readers Club to bring you Booked for Murder, an immersive murder mystery night where literature, history, and play collide.

A legendary Black author has been silenced, and their final manuscript is missing. Six iconic historical figures are suspects, each carrying secrets, clues, and hidden truths. It’s up to you and your team to interrogate the suspects, piece together the evidence, and solve the mystery before the final chapter closes.

What to expect:

• An interactive murder mystery experience inspired by Black literature and history

• Characters drawn from Black British and diaspora writers, thinkers, and creatives

• Detective packs with clues, pages, and riddles to guide your investigation

• Team prizes, including £25 Wingstop vouchers for the winning detectives

• Best Dressed costume contest - come as your favourite literary or historical figure for a chance to win Warm Studios products.
